HOW IT WORKS!

Step 1:

Call or contact us by Skype to speak with one of our experienced technicians.

Step 2: 

Run the Remote Support Client by clicking:  download Note: You will be on skype with a technician during this process should you encounter any problems running the client.  You must be connected to the Internet at this time.

Step 3:

Provide the technician with the self-generated Username and Password.

Step 4:

The technician will take remote control of your PC to diagnose the problem(s) stated and optimize overall performance.  Note:Upon the conclusion of diagnostics, the technician will call you back to explain the findings and determine if you want to proceed with the repair/resolution.

Step 5:

If you are satisfied with the diagnosis and proposed resolution , you will kindly make a payment of $19.99.

Step 6:

After confirmation of payment, and when we believe the issue(s) have been resolved, we will immediately contact you to confirm that our efforts have resolved, or at least explained, the source of the problem(s) plaguing your computer (i.e. Hardware failure or Software incompatibility).

Please note that we are unable to provide failed/failing Hardware or Software upgrade resolutions as that would be a task necessary for a local PC repair technician. However, with the diagnostic information in hand, you will save $ when you can specifically convey the repair requirements to a local technician or supply store (i.e. Need a new Hard Drive, Memory, Fans, Software etc..  We will provide you with the detailed information to procure the proper replacement part(s) as well as assist you with subsequent installation in the event a local technician is not required, at no additional charge.
